I bought my second pair of Brasher Supalite GoreTex walking boots in December 2010 and can thoroughly vouch for them. My first pair took a daily bashing for 5 years and eventually gave up the ghost, mainly due to shameful neglect on my part. Dog walking footwear for a professional dog walker demands total comfort, waterproofness & toughness. Nothing worse than having soggy socks (and freezing toes!) at the end of an hour's walk. Brasher's boots fit above the ankle, providing good support and making negotiating deep puddles a doddle.
